31 Day Perfect Butt Program
In response to the number of really bad Butt workouts on tumblr like many of the 30 day squat challenges. I have put together a lower body workout which is targeted directly at giving you an amazing butt. These exercises have been scientifically researched and shown to be the most effective glute exercises. Since a good resistance training program shouldn’t be done every day there are 48 hour rest periods between workouts in this program. It’s suggested that you simply insert your normal cardio or upper body workouts into this time. This allows for your lower body to recover and strengthen for the next workout.
